When you have booked tour/s with‘PASSSION FOR TRAVEL,’ you are bound with our terms and conditions.

If you access our website, www.passionforindia.com , while booking the displayed tours, you are also bound to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice/ information/s. These terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. This website is owned by Passion for Travel.’
  2. The clients are referred as “You” on the contents at many points and places on www.passionforindia.com
  3. Any part of the contents, pictures, information/s, and designs could not be re-produced without permission of Passion for Travel.’
  4. Passion for Travel has tried to make sure that the contents of this website are accurate though the changes on the website could be made without prior information/s. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty as to the precision or completeness of the information/s herewith provided as they may change without prior notice.
  5. The clients are entirely responsible for using this website at their own risk and it is clients/ your responsibility to make sure that any services or information/s obtainable through this website meets your necessities.
  6. We do not accept any legal responsibility to the fullest extent permitted at law for any loss or damage or inconvenience which may occur because of the use or the incapability to use the information/s on this website.

The Client/s will book their own International Flight/s and comprehensive insurance to cover their booked holidays. ‘Passion for Tavel’ will not be responsible for cancellation of  booked holidays, International Flights, and domestic Flights within India, due to act of GOD, natural disaster, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, breakdown to machinery, volcanic activities, storms of any form, any accidents, medical emergencies, political situations or rallies, government orders or bands, or any other situation/s which is beyond the control of ‘Passion for Travel’ or its associates.
  11. The Client/s will book their own travel visa and comprehensive insurance before taking this holiday. Travel Visa and Comprehensive insurance are a must requirement to book holidays with ‘Passion for Travel.’
  12. Passion for Travel shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the client/s or his/ her representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from the death or injuries including loss of services which the client/s may sustain on the account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents, or any other body of persons, its agents or service provides providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership or otherwise regardless, of how caused. Client/s using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear etc., hired or supplied by the hotels or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.
  13. In no event shall, Passion for Travel be responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, injury, and damage resulting from the acts of GOD, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, breakdown to machinery, acts of Government or any other authority and their policies, wars, civil disturbances, riots, pilferage, thefts, burglary, epidemics, quarantines, or any delays or change of schedule / itinerary or any causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Client/s. Further the Client/s shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him/ her because of the foregoing causes.
  14. It is understood that Passion for Travel and its associates or agents acts as agents only for all services covered and that all the tickets, coupons or exchange orders are furnished and issued subject to the terms and conditions thereof and to those under which the means of transportation or other services are supplied, The tickets coupons or passage contract in use by any carrier / hotel or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between the Client/s and such contractor.
  15. Passion for Travel reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and accommodation, guides, drivers, or any other part of the program without notice for any reason whatsoever without making any rebate allowance or refund and the extra cost, if any shall be payable by the Client/s hereof.
  16. ‘Passion of Travel,’ reserves the right to cancel the tour or the part of the tour, trip, excursion, or passage impracticable for any reason or should circumstances warrant such as action, upon refunding the value thereof (to be decided by Passion for Travel) and the Client/s shall not have any other or further claim against the company by reason thereof before or during the holidays. The refund will be based on the circumstances occurred for the cancellation. It will be issued by our hotel/s used during that booked tour, suppliers and associate agents and offices as and of they will and payment procedures. ‘Passion for travel’ cannot guarantee the refund until full or a part of it is received from hotel/s, agents, and suppliers. ‘Passion for travel’ will add its administrative and operation cost and the balance may be credited to the client’s particular bank account via bank transfer.
  17. Any current bank charges will be borne by the clients while making the refund.
  18. The time to credit the received refund (full or part of it) may depend upon the refund received from our hotels booked, suppliers, agents, guides, drivers, or any other people/ companies involved to operate the designated tour. We cannot guarantee the time when it will reflect in your account. 
  19. All disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be referred to an Arbitrator to be appointed by Passion for Travel.’ All such disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Jaipur {India} courts only. The laws of India shall govern the validity, construction, performance and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
  20. Passion for Travel reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person whom it may consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall be not required to show any reason for its so doing.

  22. Due to any foreseen reason, if the client/s decides to change the hotel accommodation, flight ticket/s, transport, or any other services already booked for him/her, he/she will be paying extra charges for the changes taken. For example, if he/she decides to extend his/her stay at a particular hotel during the tour or 30 days before the departure date of the tour, or any changes In the flight tickets , “Passion for Travel” will charge the cancellation as received by the hotel, airlines, services providers etc. For courtesy to the clients, Passion for Travel will not charge any administration charges to the client/s.
  23. The prices are not applicable for Goa Extension tours during 20th Dec until 10 Jan every year.
  24. Christmas and New Year supplement charges will be applicable if you are booking the tour from 20 Dec until 10 Jan.
  25. Supplement charges will be applicable during the Pushkar Fair on customized tours {as per the Lunar Calendar every year}
  26. We can provide professional language {Italian, German, French, Spanish and Russian} speaking Tour Managers on supplement cost.
  27. Our car/ coach drivers are experienced and speak reasonably good English.

Insurance

You must have adequately travel comprehensive insurance for the holidays you are booked to cover all contingencies such as medical expenses, repatriation, and baggage cover.

For your peace of mind, please ensure that your insurance policy includes cancellation cover for the total cost of your holidays and that you are adequately insured for all your needs, including medical emergencies. Please also make sure that your insurance is valid from the time of booking until your return from holiday.

Cancellation Policy

In no event shall, Passion for Travel be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss, injury, and damage resulting from the acts of GOD, perils incident to the sea, floods resulting in postponing of Holidays booked, flights bookings, train bookings, fairy bookings, boat booking or any sort of booking required for the tour.

As per our SOP (Standard operating procedure), we pay 100 % advance to our associate office suppliers, hotel/s, service providers, guide/s, drivers, and other people involved to operate the tour/s, sixty days before the arrival of the tour in India. In-case of any act of God, strike/s, riots, Government orders, political rallies, perils incidents/ floods, landslides, or any sort of disturbances in that area where the tour is operating , it is beyond our control and operation/s, resulting in postponing of the holidays. We  shall re-schedule the holidays for new dates looking to the client’s safety and comfort.

‘Passion for Travel’ or its associated does not hold any responsibility of the area/s or hotels if they are closed for operation/s.

There will be strictly No refund, No alteration, or No alternate tour/s for the booked holidays at all.

We shall book new dates of the same tour depending upon  ground circumstances and conditions as we cannot predict any loss or activity that may happen due to act of God, strike/s, riots, Government orders, political riots, perils incidents/ floods, landslides, or any sort of disturbances in that area.

If a particular activity is cancelled, we will provide alternate activity available at that time subject to availability of same price or we will refund the price of that activity. If the activity is costing more , than the difference will be passed to the client/s and the money must be collected before providing that activity to the client/s.

For example, if on a tour, an excursion of boat ride is cancelled, we will refund the amount as per our current tariff in cash or via bank to the client. The client/s must sign of form that he/ she has received the refund and will not claim back of that activity.

Additional information on booking, cancellation, and refund policy

We would require advance amount (non-refundable), depending upon the tour operation period of your holidays.

  1. If you cancel the tour 90 days before the arrival date in India, you may claim 75 % of the tour cost.
  2. If you cancel the tour 70 days before the arrival date in India, you may claim 50 % of the tour cost.
  3. If you cancel the tour 60 days before the arrival date in India, you may claim 25 % of the tour cost.
  4. If you cancel the tour 45 days before the arrival date in India, you will not be entitled for any refund or claim.
  5. If you are no show at the airport on arrival date in India, you will not be entitled for any refund or claim.
  6. If you arrive later, after the commencement date of the tour, you will be paying all extras to join the tour as per the day at designated destination on arrival.

There will be no refund of the activity, hotel/s, excursion you miss due to late arrival in India.              

Medical information/s

Client/s are responsible for ensuring that any existing medical conditions are declared to ‘Passion for Travel’ before you book your holidays for you and your partner/ member accompanying you on the tour or, if newly diagnosed before your arrival date in India on the holiday booked. Client/s must be responsible for any vaccination required to travel India for any epidemic or requirement for Travel. Your insurance must cover any such things caused during your travel and ‘Passion for Travel’ or its agents or associates or services providers will not be held responsible for any medical expenses or any expenses. During the on-going tour, if you are ill or unable to cope up with the ground conditions, terrain, altitude weather conditions, climate change or any other reason, allergies, food allergies, ‘Passion for Travel’ or its agents, associates, hotels, transport provides, drivers, guides, representative or anyone involved would not be responsible for any mis-happen arise due to the impact. Client/s must claim all medical emergencies to your insurance company. Any money to be paid to any hospital, clinic, to arrange to reach to the hospital must be paid by the client/s

Holiday Information/s

PASSPORTS

You will need a valid passport for your holidays booked. As requirements may vary and can change without notice, we strongly advise you to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months after the end of your journey. We recommend that you have at least 3 blank pages in your passport to cover potential immigration formalities which may be require in some countries or during transit. We recommend that you also take your passport for identification purpose when taking domestic flights.

Travel Information/s and advice We cannot accept responsibility for any purchase made on holiday, either individually or when taking part on a tour or excursion. A recommendation to visit a venue is not a recommendation to purchase and the customer does this at their own risk.

Please note, that the hotels may change the delivery of their meal services without notice.

Please advise us if you have any allergies or any other requirements if needed on the holidays booked in case same attract any extra cost to be borne by you.

Check-in time 1500 hrs / out time is 1100 hrs at all the hotels. {Both may subject to change without information/s by the respective hotels}

Please make sure that you have valid comprehensive insurance policy with you during this trip and valid visa for India. In-case you are unable to obtain the visa for India; the terms and conditions are applicable as per the cancellation policy.
